1. What products do you sell?
We specialise in glassware, bongs, pipes, grinders, rolling papers, herbal accessories, cleaning products, and other smoking-related items. Browse our collections for a full overview.
2. Do you sell to anyone under 18?
No. We operate a strict Challenge 25 policy. Valid photo ID is required for all age-restricted purchases. Please see our age verification policy for full details.
Orders & Online Shopping
3. Can I reserve an item?
No. We do not offer reservations or hold items. All products are sold on a first-come, first-served basis to keep things fair for everyone.
4. Do you offer click & collect?
Not at the moment. All in-store purchases must be made in person. Online orders are dispatched for delivery only.

5. What items can be shipped?
We ship non-age-restricted items only, including:

- Grinders
- Rolling papers

- Accessories
Age-restricted items must be purchased in-store.
6. How long does delivery take?
Most orders are dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery typically takes 1–3 working days depending on the courier. See our shipping policy for full details.
Returns & Refunds
7. What is your returns policy?
Unused, unopened items can be returned within 14 days of purchase. For hygiene and safety reasons, used smoking accessories cannot be returned unless faulty.
8. What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please take clear photos of both the item and the packaging, then contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with UK consumer law. See our returns policy for more information.

9. How do I clean my glass bong or pipe?
Use isopropyl alcohol and coarse salt. Shake well, then rinse thoroughly with warm water and allow to dry fully before use.
10. Are your glass products heat-resistant?
Yes. Our glassware is made from borosilicate glass, which is known for its durability and heat resistance.
